Insurance
I am an out-of-network provider and do not currently accept insurance directly. However, I can provide a monthly superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance provider to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits, including deductible and reimbursement rates.
Sliding Scale
I reserve a limited number of sliding scale appointments for clients who may benefit from a reduced fee. Availability is based on financial need and current openings. If cost is a concern, you are welcome to inquire about sliding scale options during your consultation.
Good Faith Estimate
In accordance with the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of services if you are uninsured or choose not to use insurance. This estimate outlines the anticipated fees for your care and will be provided in writing prior to or at the start of treatment. You may request a Good Faith Estimate at any time. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your estimate, you have the right to dispute the charge.
